When starting a project, there is an initial evaluation and diagnostic fee that covers an onsite assessment and written report of next steps. If travel is required, these costs are paid by the client. After the initial evaluation is complete, any further work provided would be based upon an hourly rate, or flat rate, depending upon the context of the work to be done.
After the initial evaluation, we bill in 15-minute increments and round down. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients at the time of invoice. Jobs will be quoted in advance with goals, starting and ending times and terms noted within the terms of a consulting contract. For certain projects, we offer packages with an ear-marked flat rate, to make services cost effective for the client. Retainers must be paid upfront with a major credit card, or by certified funds.
